Sweet little Murphy... she and her family were a dream to work with in my Durango Studio!  

They get the award for the "FIRST Durango Family where I've photographed BOTH of their Newborns."  I've got many clients in Austin the last 11 years since I started Miles of Smiles Photography who have been with me with all of their sweet babies, but this gorgeous family is my first Durango family to get that award.  

(For those of you who don't know it, my family followed a dream and moved to Durango, CO in 2020 for what started as a "One Year Experiment" and has now become our home.  But - my Austin Miles of Smiles Photography business is still very much running full time and serving all of our awesome clients there too.  (I'm actually sitting in my Austin Studio as I'm typing this, while working on a Durango session.  :)  Usually I'm in Durango at my home office - working on AUSTIN sessions!)  The 2 locations thing is working beautifully, due to lots of hard work and planning, and lots of hard work and amazing photography by my Newborn & Family Specialist (Photographer), Lauren in Austin.  You can read more about us here: OUR AUSTIN TEAM

You never know what you may get with an 18 month old Big Brother or Big Sister, but let me tell you... sweet little Auder walked right into my little Studio and made it happen.  He was ALL about being in photos, listening to me, and he was SUCH a good little guy the whole session!  Another special thing is that at this session, my own "baby girl" Avah got to assist me.  She loves babies, and was such a good helper in getting headbands, hats, outfits, wraps, etc. that I need her to grab or put away.  Made my Mama heart proud!  Who knows... maybe (hopefully) some day, she can take over Miles of Smiles Photography in Colorado!
